We were contacted to organise an advisory board meeting, with the objective of understanding the challenges around a new oncological product completing Phase 3 clinical trials in the United States.
The medical team were keen to develop relationships with top-tier key opinion leaders in Europe, and therefore required thorough knowledge of the European healthcare business.
We were asked to recruit top-level European KOLs to attend the meeting in an advisory capacity, as well as creating a targeted communication plan for the event.
What we did
We assigned a dedicated team to the event, led by an expert account director with experience of European healthcare. Our international team was able to offer assistance to KOLs both in Europe and the USA, working 24/7 to cover both time zones (GMT and EST).
In addition, we organised all operational and logistical components as well as negotiating for services and onsite management. The event was held in London’s Andaz Hotel.
We captured the level spend of all delegates in order to comply with company policy and government regulations, and arranged compliant honoraria payments.
